I thought I disliked coffees from Africa, but it turns out I had not tried the right ones and brewed them the right way too. Chelbasa done in the Aeropress is out of this world. I also get the monthly subscription sent to my house which is darn near life changing. Delicious coffee beans delivered to my house. The staff is also very friendly too. Go to one of their cafes to get coffee to drink. Go to the roastery for an excellent selection for home! ”

“ Decaf Honduras Marcala is great! Really glad to find a roaster with a solid, recently roasted decaf option. I love espresso so much that I travel with my Decent, but I can only drink decaf. I forgot my beans on a business trip, and I’m happy I found Tinker! When brewing these beans I kept it simple with a ramped profile starting at 9 bars and ending at 6 bars, 7s preinfusion, 2:1 ratio, 194 water, and an extra gram in an 18 gram portafilter. I found it perfect to drink straight and it combined well with oat milk. Thanks Tinker! ”
